GACC Announcement No.53 of 2020
In
order to strengthen the supervision of the quality of the export of medical supplies,
in accordance with the Law of the
People's Republic of China on the Inspection of Imports and Exports of Goods and its implementing regulations, General Administration of Customs of the
People’s
Republic of China has hereby decided to carry out the inspection for the export
commodities under the HS code "6307900010" , etc. as of the date of
this announcement.
This
Announcement shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
